Refund Policy

Refunds will be accepted only upon presentation of the buyer’s receipt, and only if the product has not been opened, damaged or partially used. The outer packaging must be in perfect condition as it was when it was first delivered by the carrier.

Before the refund of the product, you must first contact Eurohealth’s  Refund Department.

at info@eurohealth.shop  within 2 days from the delivery date.

The parcel must be delivered to the carrier company within 14 days from the delivery date, in a suitable package, (not for example in an envelope) so as not to be damaged.

In the case that the product is related to a present, the present must also be  returned.

If something from the above procedure is not followed, Eurohealth.gr has the right to decline the package.

 

If the reason for the return is due to liability of Eurohealth.gr, we will totally refund the value of the product including the shipping cost.

In case there is no responsibility by us, we will refund the value of the product and we will not absorb any of the shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or with a money transfer to your banking account.   If you choose the refund to a banking account, you must provide the data of the account. (bank account number, name of bank, owner and swift code ).  Please allow for a period up of to 14 days for the processing of the refund.
